Straight talk, worth it or not?
Charming ambiance with friendly, helpful staff who enhance the experience! Breakfast was good, with a variety of options served with a touch of Italian flair.
Location is confusing with poorly marked access. It was hard to find amid the adjacent shopping mall and cheap stores.

It's reasonably priced and wonderful small hotel with VERY ATTENTIVE personnel at the reception desk. Also, the location is absolutely perfect and excellent, minutes from Rapallo Castle.

Charming ambiance with daily cleaned, spacious rooms.
Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was quite small and had a slanted floor. The shower screen was broken. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that lingered throughout my stay.

I had fairly nice days staying at this small hotel. Everything was amazing, including incredible staff and magnificent location close to the station. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I have just spent 2 days in triple room with the terrace, a large bath, for instance, and greatly enjoyed it.

The location near the shoreline made accessing restaurants and boat tours super easy. My room had a charming vintage style with a big comfy bed. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with fresh pastries that paired wonderfully with morning sunshine. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. I appreciated the staff's effort. Laura at the front desk really were really nice too ensure my needs were met, even arranging for a crib. The bathroom was quite small and could use some updates. It felt cramped, a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast timing could be adjusted to start earlier for tourists eager to catch the first trains. Although the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the limited areas for loading and unloading in a busy location made check-in a bit chaotic.

The terrace is just lovely! Though the bathroom shower was tiny, the super nice team, and I loved the breakfast spread. A bit of noise from the plumbing, but overall, a cozy stay 😊

The room was light and spacious, with a big comfy bed that felt great after a long day. The bathroom was a bit small, and while the plumbing was old, it worked just fine. The nice view made it a cozy spot to relax. Breakfast was also a highlight, served on a lovely terrace. A comfortable experience despite the bathroom size.
